About the Role
Ramada Hotel is looking for a proactive and people-focused HR coordinator to support the delivery of our human resources strategy. You will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance, ensuring our team members are engaged, motivated, and working in line with company policies and Tanzanian labour law.

Key Responsibilities
Support the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations across all hotel departments.
Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining high-quality talent.
Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
Coordinate training programs and staff development initiatives.
Maintain accurate HR records and handle payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with Tanzanian labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
Assist in performance management processes and disciplinary actions.
Drive staff engagement activities and welfare programs.

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in HR within the hospitality or service industry.
Solid knowledge of Tanzanian labour law and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS experience is an advantage.
A team player who can maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
